Precision Diagnostics IN BOCA RATON, FL

At Lifelong Balance, we provide a single physician-led diagnostic visit that combines advanced bloodwork, clinical genomics, and a DEXA body composition scan to produce a physician-interpreted medical roadmap before any treatment.

What Precision Diagnostics Is

Precision Diagnostics is a physician-led diagnostic intake, not a program. It combines a comprehensive blood panel, a CLIA-certified genomic analysis, and a DEXA body composition scan to identify metabolic, hormonal, inflammatory, and structural drivers of symptoms. The output is a concise physician-interpreted clinical report that prioritizes actions and reduces guesswork before treatment begins.

Preparation
and Consultation

After booking, you will receive clear pre-visit instructions and a confirmation of what to bring. The consultation portion includes a focused medical history, medication review, and informed consent for testing. Typical preparation requirements are fasting for the metabolic blood panel and avoiding heavy exercise before the DEXA scan. Bring photo identification and a current list of medications and supplements.

Types of Testing

What Happens During the Visit

The visit is efficient and clinical. Staff check you in and complete a brief medical review. A single blood draw is performed for the advanced panel. A saliva or small blood sample is collected for genomic analysis. A ten-minute DEXA scan is completed while you lie comfortably on the table. Before you leave, staff schedule the physician review and explain how the results will be delivered.

Recovery After Testing

There is no downtime after testing. You may resume normal activities immediately. Minor bruising at the blood draw site is possible. DEXA uses a very low-dose X-ray and requires no special recovery. Follow-up options include a telemedicine review, an in-person physician consultation, or a written clinical report delivered electronically.

Clinical Insights and Advanced Markers

Advanced biomarkers and genetic findings provide specific clinical direction and translate directly into treatment choices.

Growth factor levels, such as IGF-1, inform muscle preservation and recovery planning. Circadian-related genes such as CLOCK guide meal timing and sleep interventions to improve metabolic outcomes. Inflammatory cytokines such as IL 6 and TNF-alpha identify drivers of weight resistance and fatigue and prioritize anti-inflammatory strategies. These insights become measurable protocol elements, including targeted supplements, precise nutrition timing, resistance training emphasis, and safer medication choices.
